Order and deposit

Due to a large number of uncollected and/or canceled orders, we are unfortunately forced to request a deposit of at least €250 in-store. This deposit finalizes the purchase. If we are unable to deliver the product, you will, of course, receive a full refund. If you subsequently cancel the purchase, you will lose your deposit. For orders over €5000, we charge a 10% cancellation fee. This is because mopeds, scooters, mobility scooters, and motor scooters are custom-made to your specifications. Registered products and/or show models cannot be cancelled.

Products without registration have a 14-day reflection period provided they have 0 kilometers and are not damaged.

Unfortunately, business orders cannot be canceled. If a business order is not accepted, a €250 handling fee will be charged plus 10% of the order value.

Delivery times

Normally, all orders are delivered within approximately 2 to 4 weeks. In rare cases, the ordered moped, scooter, or mobility scooter may not be delivered within this timeframe. This is due to high demand or insufficient stock at the factory. As a result, the delivery time can be up to 12 weeks. Naturally, we do everything we can to keep the delivery time as short as possible. If we are unexpectedly unable to deliver within 12 weeks, the purchase may be cancelled.
